You will partner the Executive Creative Director as a key contributor on the overall
creative culture for the business, ensuring that the final brand expression is both
in line with the original version and the client�s practical requirements. You will
have responsibility for the successful development and completion of all design work
on particular client programmes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day progress of the design work and studio
- Lead and design development and implementation stages
- Manage the day-to-day client interaction and presentations, relationship conversation and discussion about design
- Oversee presentation production
- Custodian of developing relationships within the studio and client service teams
- Brief suppliers and demand a quality result
- Quality assurance of all materials and deliverables including ideas, presentations, design output, production and administration

Senior Finished Artist (Dublin)
You will be the key artworker within The Brand Union studio in Dublin, ensuring that all
artwork is to the highest standard.
This role will require you to produce print across all print and packaging, ensuring
that the artwork is in accordance to the print technical spec as per the brief for
the supply to clients. You will undertake any photo-retouching required.
You will support the production manager in production issues and cover in their
absence. This role demands that you become an authority on artwork skills and an
expert on key computer applications (namely Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and
Adobe InDesign).
In this role, you are required to have great attention to detail and accuracy.
You must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.

Account Director (Dublin)
You will be a key member of our agency Executive Team, charged with the day to day
running of the Dublin office. This is a senior role within the office, managing
one of our Key Client Partnerships in the Financial Services sector.
You will be the senior contact point for our client. Your primary responsibility
is to manage our long-standing and strong relationship with this client, which means
regular meetings and project work, on behalf of the client's Brand Team and other
related departments and business units. You will act as the ultimate Brand Guardian

Worldwide Marketing Content Manager (London)
The role of the Worldwide Marketing Content Manager will be to manage the collation, planning, maintenance and accuracy of company-owned and generated content used for marketing purposes (case studies, thought pieces, articles, multimedia, graphics etc), and the distribution of that content across all channels (internet, intranet, other offices etc).
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Management and ownership of online global case study library
- Primary point of contact for global requests for case studies and credentials from other network office
- Liaising with other network offices to gather new case studies
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of content development, including standards and guidelines, based on network goals and input from all offices
- Assist with management of all aspects of company-owned content, including case studies, contracts, guides, handbooks, policies, procedures, graphics, sound files, multimedia etc
- Develop and implement plans for delivering content to all systems (internet, intranet etc)
- Co-ordinate and manage quality assurance of all content
- Manage submission and ensure that the intranet, extranet, website, portals etc are up to date at all times
- Collect and maintain metadata (tags etc) of company content for search engine purposes; assist in creation of search engine functionality
- Ensure consistent look and feel by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images and layout; maintain templates to assist content authors
- Find, diagnose and report content problems, including broken links (internal and external), typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies
- Liaise with digital/IT teams on hardware and software issues that affect the availability and accessibility of content, wherever it exists
- Analyse, report and act on all user feedback (internal and external)
Technical skills and personal attributes:
Ideally you'll have a college diploma or university degree. We would hope that you would have
previous experience within an agency environment, plus some basic project management knowledge.
It would be an advantage to have had experience working with company intranet systems,
and dotcoms., and a basic understanding of web language, technologies and protocols,
and scripting language would be an advantage, but training can be provided if necessary.
Above all, we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and articulate person with
meticulous attention to detail. You must have the ability to multi-task in a busy and fast
moving environment, and proven ability to deal with people at all levels of seniority.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of tact,
confidence and diplomacy.

Manage the relationship to become 'indispensible' to the client (help and proactively call with new briefs and challenges). Creative Liaison
